I have known Camden ever since we were little girls. When I was asked to photograph her wedding, I could not have been more excited. Stephen and Camden are perfect for each other, and their wedding day was exactly what they wanted. 

This wedding happened in Lexington, North Carolina at a family friend's backyard. It was in February, so the weather was a concern, but it ended up being a great day with the sun shining! Camden's father made the altar that they were married under which was absolutely beautiful. Camden does not like to have the attention all on her, but you couldn't help it with how stunning she looked. She wanted something simple with her close family and friends, and that is exactly what she got!

The reception followed at Camden's house where all of her close family and friends celebrated into the night. The atmosphere was so enjoyable and the laughter was inevitable. Witnessing their first dances was emotional as Camden danced with her father and Stephen danced with his mother. It was definitely the highlight of my night seeing their emotions and others joining in to celebrate their love.

Seeing my childhood friend grow up and get married to the love of her life is such a joy, but being able to be the one that can capture this once-in-a-lifetime moment for her as her photographer, makes me even more happy.
